Otherwise known as frequently asked questions, though the site hasn't
been publicly accessible long enough to have attracted to many. But
here are a few:
Are you a cyber-coven? Do you do online rituals? Can I join even
though I'm located a zillion miles away from you?
No, no and no. Passé though it may seem, we conduct our rituals
in Real Life. Sorry.
Where are you based?
In Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Or in bioregional terms, on the north
shore of Lake Ontario between the Don and Humber rivers.
Do you hold public rituals?
Occasionally. Some of us are active with the Wiccan Church of Canada,
and the coven as a whole has been known to put in guest appearances
there. We've also sometimes done our own public rituals elsewhere.
Are you open to new members?
Yes. We even have this fine questionnaire
that prospective new members can fill out.
How much of a commitment is involved?
Depends. We have what in traditional Craft is called an "inner
court/outer court" structure, but in plain English could be called
an "actual coven members/people who like hanging out with us
but don't want to make a commitment" structure. Being part of
the inner court does entail a significant commitment, including leading
rituals, showing up regularly unless there's a good reason not to
(and letting us know if that's the case), participating in coven decision-making,
etc. Being part of the outer court involves well, showing up
now and then to our outer court rituals, which generally happen once
a month.
